Cinema St. Louis is proud to present the Fourth Annual St. Louis Filmmakers Showcase. This year's edition will once again feature film and video works created by individuals living in or near the St. Louis area, as well as those with strong local ties. Although most of the films will be directed and produced by current residents of the St. Louis region, we're always pleased to offer a few pieces by expatriates now working elsewhere.

Diverse in every respect, the films range across all genres and styles including comedies, dramas, narratives, documentaries and experimental works. Filmmakers themselves are all as unique as their cinematic visions. We strongly encourage people of all ages and backgrounds within a 120-mile radius of the greater St. Louis area to submit their films for consideration for this summer's event. Students of all grade levels are especially encouraged to submit. As a bonus to the local filmmaking community, all submissions are automatically entered into the upcoming world-renowned St. Louis International Film Festival, Nov. 11-21, 2004. P.S. - The St. Louis Filmmaker Showcase will be returning to the Tivoli Theatre. How cool is that?
